Got pulled over for racin :S

Was in my friends car racin down a main street, hit 120 in a 50. Cop was right behind us the whole time, didnt even see it. So we got pulled asks for the usual but asks me (the passenger) if I had any ID. I wasnt sure if I should lye or what but I handed him my licence. So he goes back to the car does whatever comes back, and made my friend phone his mom on his cell. We got a warning but f*ck. This may seem like a dumb question but what would he need my licence for? I know I could've gotten changed just for being a passenger, would he be checking to see if I had a record? Also they dont flag our names or anything or some shit do they? Like everythings down the drain now? Anyways crazy night.

I don't know if there is any extreme measure on being the passenger but I do believe that they do this to check for any outstanding warrants. I CANNOT believe he didn't throw the driver in jail!!! Not that I want that or anything. HE is so LUCKY!

My friend and I was waiting for a buddy to come home (1:30 am) in my car in a parking lot and the cop saw us and took both of our driver's license's! GO FIGURE on that one!!!

120 in a 50? I think they would shoot you, and then pull your license here. Its no wonder why so many young kids die and then take out people with em, passengers or peds. Your friend is a moron and a danger to society.

Thank god he's not that much of a moron, I still, never speed on public streets, the interstate is bad enough - but where people can be walking around, no way. Double the speed limit here, and your license is pulled, anything 20 MPH over the limit is a wreckless driving ticket.

They are going to try and pass a law here, if your cought racing or driving wrecklessly they can take your car away, that will be a tough one to get through and probably for the better, since so many of our police are corrupt out here.

Passengers shouldn't be escorted off to jail! Did you know that if the passenger throws garbage out the window, the driver gets the ticket???
