Hi there i'm shell, 33 from england. i'm a mother of two girls, writer, degree student, online community owner, cook, nursemaid and chief bottle washer, very pleased to meet you all.
I came here seeking advice, and boy have you got everything covered. I've spent the last two days reading up. I wanted to tone up, as you can see i'm getting chunky I've been running, following a diet but wanted some more professional help and i would like to thank you all for creating so much info for us newbies xx

@ spike, that's why i've only posted a head shot , but after having two kids and too much work on pc and not enough excersise i've got pretty big around my hips, thighs and bum. My stomach is still firm as i've always done sit ups but my ass is way out of control.
