Gyno already?!

I literally just started my cycle of 1-AD/4-AD and three days later my left nipple area started to itch/hurt.

Is there anything I can take on-cycle to combat this?

For on cycle I would use arimidex. For PCT I would go with Aromasin. Dosage can vary but to get started may be .5mg ed for arimidex or 12.5mg of aromasin twice a day until the itchiness/soreness goes away. Could take a few days for this to occur.

I was thinking about getting some Novla, but I don't have my source anymore, so it's gonna be hard to get.

I heard it was common at first and could be just my body getting used to the new hormone increase, instead of gyno. Any thoughts?

I heard Arimidex was good. I don't have a way of getting it though. I've been browsing sites, but can't tell the difference between real or fake.
