gyno effects after taking andro

I am 17 years old and graduating high school this year. Next year i go to play D1 baseball, so i took 19-nor-andro for about a month. i stopped taking it and cycled down pretty fast. i noticed my nipples were puffy and went to the doctor. i didnt take any anti estrogens and have been taking off cycle. The doc said in three months it should subside naturally due to natural changes in test levels. Will it go away?

It's been about a month and i havent noticed any difference. I just though id get some second opinions, I cant find any info about my situation. I appreciate any input
