Did you know? Nolvadex was invented in 1962 and is used primarily as an Anti-Cancer drug. For bodybuilding purposes, Nolvadex has been shown in various studies to reduce Gyno in users. Contrary to popular opinion, nolvadex can successfully reduce or eliminate existing gyno, even Pre-pubescent gyno. 20mgs daily on average and 40mgs ED on the high end) is a common dosage. It is often run for 30-60 days minimum depending on the severity of the Gyno. Results are individual. Some users can eliminate the need for Gyno surgery with this method, while others may see mild or moderate improvements in Gyno Reduction.

The mechanism which makes Nolva differ from other AI's is that Nolvadex actually targets specific tissues, including Breast tissue. SERMs serve to block the action of Estrogen at the receptor sites in breast tissue by occupying the receptor sites in place of Estrogen so that Estrogen itself cannot exert its effects there through receptor site binding.

Nolvadex in studies has also been shown to increase tesosterone levels in Hypogonadal males. It also can increase circulating or free tesosterone levels in its users. Additionally, a little known fact is that it can also increase circulating levels of LH and FSH in its users.

Nolvadex is a compound that is tolerated quite well by the overwhelming majority of users, though there are some potential side effects to be aware of. The official prescription documentation for Nolvadex side effects in regards to its use as a female breast cancer treatment drug includes: hot flashes, vaginal itching, upset stomach, headaches, dizziness, bone and joint pains, and edema. Lesser and infrequent side effects may include: cholesterol changes, altered white blood cell count, altered platelet count, skin rashes, endometrial changes, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.

The Nolvadex side effects listed above are practically a non-concern for male users, as the overwhelming majority of said side effects are reportedly almost never experienced among men.
