Your values are typical for on cycle. Aromasin has a short 1/2 life in men and may not even be bunk in your case. Your creatinine is high but this is common is muscular men. This is why the range goes 10% higher in African Americans. They simply carry more lean mass on average. Check your blood pressure. the primary damage to the kidneys associated with AAS is from long term elevated BP. Also would be a good idea to get a uninalysis. If everything checks out OK including urinary protein chances are you are OK. When yopu come off check everything at least 10 weeks from last shot. You should be recovered.

they have less potential for fat storage yes, because such a thing would negate their ability to huck their sharpened sticks at antelope while the whites were busy inventing the airplance across the pond :coffee:

Thanks bro...I will have my blood pressure checked, I do understand that values of a bodybuilder will be off of the norm due to what you stated, and yes prior to cycle my bp was 120/70, and my bf% was 9.4 @ 221...currently 244 and slowly increasing weekly...still pretty lean except for midsection and I always hold fat in my chest...but will have bloods done in another 4 weeks, then see where I am at then. Thanks for your input bro, much appreciated as no I really do not think the Aromasin is bunk, just not strong enough of an AI for me. I am loving this cycle and I can attest that AMA gear is legit and works well for me.

Need some advice...so I went and had my mid-cycle bloodwork done (10 weeks into cycle), yeah a little past the week that I wanted to do it (Week 8) but anyway had it done. So to quickly recap on what I am currently running:

Test C (500mg EW)...10 weeks into this
EQ (600mg EW)...10 weeks into this
Tren Ace (100mg EOD)...3 weeks into this
Proviron (75mg ED)...10 weeks into this
Aromasin (25mg ED)...10 weeks into this
T-bol (60mg ED)...weeks 1-6
Prami (.5mg E3D)...3 weeks into this
HCG (500iu EW)...1 week into this, yeah didn't start soon enough, my stupidity!!!

So since I can't seem to figure out how to completely upload my test results (PDF file which exceeds maximum allowed size :hmmm:) I will post the abnormal results from my test:

AST (SGOT): 59 iu/L HIGH (0-40)
ALT (SGPT): 45 iu/L HIGH (0-44)
Testosterone Serum: >1500 ng/dl HIGH (348-1197)...this is a good thing, AMA Test Cyp!
LH: 0.2 mIU/ml LOW (1.7-8.6)...yes shutdown
FSH Serum: 0.2 mIU/ml LOW (1.5-12.4)
Estradiol: 92.1 pg/mL HIGH!!! (7.6-42.6)...this really concerns me!
Creatinine Serum: 1.54 mg/dl HIGH (0.76-1.27)
eGFR If NonAfricn Am: 55 ml/min/1.73 LOW (>59)

Everything else tested within normal range. Can anybody give a little guidance here...I am thinking of switching the Aromasin for Letro? The high estrogen obviously needs to come down, but also the high liver count numbers, and just for the record I do not drink alcohol! I have been taking liver support supplements, and as of yesterday added an additional dose a day. I started HCG a little too late...this was my mistake which will never happen again. What happened was I had mixed 5000iu of HCG at week 6 in Sterile Water instead of Bac Water, so had to throw it all away. By the time I found Bac Water online, and had it delivered to me it was already into week 9...so I started it last Sunday.

I am really looking forward to some insight here and what I should do to correct the two issues.

Thanks in advance...maybe I am just a sensitive SOB!!!
I would be VERY concerned about your creatinine levels unless you are taking creatine(that will show a false reading)... at the level you are at now, you aren't far off from kidney failure, they are under massive duress right now!!! You can start by drinking a lot more water and see if that will possibly allow your kidneys to filter more from your blood(your blood could be too thick to pull much off it...)
The estradiol is an issue, but is not to the point I would really FREAK out... it's going to naturally be higher on that amount of test. you should definitely address it with an ai, but I wouldn't freak about it, like I would about your kidney function at this moment!

Lol...very true! They also live in a fasting state until they can hunt those Antelope and bring food back to the village.

elevated levels are typical in people who lift :coffee:

I was looking at the eGFR values which is kinda low.

I'm not a doctor though and even if I was one I wouldn't give advice over the internet though, so that's all I'm going to say.

Sorry just realized its eGFR not GFR, kidneys are fine.

I apologize again.

I'd try adex before letro
I agree with this, if aromisin isnt working for you and you dont have any signs of gyno then switch to adex, but your already on letro so stay with it.
Kill it bro!

it is an estimated gfr(based on a 'normal' amount of muscle mass), but it is VERY low! You can actually plug in your weight and height and everything into a formula for BSA(body surface area) and get a true GFR based on your size, rather than 'normal' size... this may or may not change the GFR, depending on how big you are...

google BSA, and it will give you the formula... it's kind of tricky figuring out what to plug in where, if you need help, PM me.... I figure my true GFR out every time I do bloodwork, using that formula. It gives you a perfectly accurate reading, based on your bodyweight, height, and creatinine values....
