Hi im Hakim(second choice after lazy but that names taken)
i lifted for about a year and a half then took 6 months off and lost almost every thing
now im back and hoping to learn from you all,
my goal is to lose fat and gain muscle, im 165 at 5'8(10 pounds over weight )
im starting out with 3 sets of 10 reps for about a month while taking sdi labs D-bol, feel free to jump in and tell me if im doing it right or wrong
(i looked at alot of sites/forums and decided this ones the best 1.)
