Ok I have some Haladrol..Novedex...and some Chocolate Peanut Butter Muscle Milk 
I know I am supposed to take 1 Haladrol per day. But can I also take the Muscle Milk Protein with it? If so, how much per day?
And also. Novedex for pct correct?
