Halloween is going to suck

That just about sums up the situation around here. St. Lucie County, FL last year was one of the top 5 fastest growing counties in the nation. Builders felt like they couldn't put houses up fast enough. Now it's amongst the top counties in foreclosures in the nation. The worst part is, as of the beginning of this year there were about 1,000 brand new homes that had never been lived in, and still haven't.
Bro., that describes my area almost to a T. Temecula California. Sometimes I look out my window and think I moved! Brand new houses with weeds as high as the windows. It's just so sad!

If I had a little more money I would take advantage now.
Yeah, the houses around here are about 1/3 of the asking prices just about a year ago. I try to convince the wife of this, but she is just so worried! So I may as well be talking to a wall.
