Hi I am a 41 year old female 5'3" 110.8lbs I eat clean and reefed every week. I train 4-5 days a week no cardio eat about 1800 calories. Goal gain lean mass. My friend told me to use Halo Extreme with Milk Thistle. I have been reading about it...my question is should I stack it? If so with what and when should I take it. I was told to take 1 cap daily as you states above but before my workout. When should I take it on rest days? Thanks in advance for all of your help.
