I've been on this forum for over four years. I haven't been on a lot lately because of therapy and whatnot, yet noone could fucking say happy Birthday to me. And on my 30th, which to those who know me (which is quite a few) should know I'm freaking out about since I have a huge anxiety problem over getting older and I just hit my fucking 30 mark. I'm disappointed nobody bothered to say anything, so I'll wish myself a happy fucking 30th birthday and fuck everyone else.

BTW, if this seems mean or dispirited...please keep in mind I'm completely sloshed right now and I keep having to backspace and respell my words. I'm sure I'll feel diferrently in the morning. But it still sucks no one said anything...

OH BTW...

I had my 1st major shoulder surgery when I turned 30.
That was the start of 4 major surgeries in the next five years (30-35yo)

Have fun old man...

Guess what... I'm in almost as good a shape now than I was @ 25
