Been on this stuff for 2 weeks now. Ive been taking a scoop when I wake up, and one right after I lift, and only one scoop on my off days. All my lifts have went up by about 10-15 pounds or so, and Im doing more reps. Havnt had any bloating or cramping. Ofcourse Ive been drinking more water than usual. Ive done cell tech before, and didnt have any results. This stuff seems to be working great. Anyone else had any expereince with this stuff?
edit: I have put on about 4 pounds, wich Im assuming is extra water weight
