having problem setting up account at PSL. Anyone else?

Will rectify such occasional site issues in a few days , most are couses by using mobile browsing or outdated I.Explorer browser

My IT guy confirmed - there's still rare issues with Internet Explorer out of date Browsers ...
Also he precisely tested out mobile browsing issue - it should all be peachy now

Sorry for any inconveniences but most users are fine , mainly couse of using firefox and all updated browsers.
