My buddy is on dbol 30mg and test 250 2x a week he is on his second week he's experiencing headache and he says he feels tired bp is good any suggestions. Oh I forgot also .5 arimidex eod

Liver troubles! almost without a doubt, he ideally needs to stop the dbol and get on some milk thistle @1000mgs ed and liver 52 @6 tabs ed for at least a fortnight. Those symptoms are early signs of severe liver distress/failure-i know i've been there. i ignored it and thinks only got worse, vomiting, dizziness, loss of appetite, weight loss, vomiting after eating and vomiting blood stop my drol jump up liver supports drink about 4 pints of water every couple of hours-alot but critical. If he isn't already running liver support he is an ass of the highest order, with little concern for hsi own health

he should also consider getting liver checks done.

It may be diabetes though, test usage has been known to trigger diabetes in those who are predisposed to it, so that is a must to be checked for.

Yeah stop the dbol, or if he is too stubborn to stop certainly follow the meds and water advice and drop the dose down abit. The test should be fine, when my issues came up i stayed on the test and had no issues.
If he were to start the test he would have to jump into a PCT soon after which can consist of some liver toxic compounds which wouldn't help the situation.

But I'd still check the insulin out though just in case

Got it he's not going to like this but iam sure he will stop the dbol. Thanks bro

I'm not convinced it's the liver at that dose. Unless he is totally predisposed to liver problems, it seems unlikely. Headaches and fatigue are a very common side effect of dbol. I was hurting on 50 mg a day and got liver panels done and everything was within normal limits. Just make sure to avoid tylenol or booze while taking dbol.
Also, he is second week into the test. I get terrible test flu at that point. Blood work is always a good idea when in doubt, but I wouldn't hit the panic switch. Good luck.

I had similar symptoms when starting my first cycle too. It went away after a couple weeks. having liver enzymes is easy and pretty cheap. There is no way for someone to diagnose liver problems from one paragraph of symptoms. It could be many things or nothing at all. bloodwork can be done at lef.org for cheap and confidential.

should have been having liver enzymes CHECKED is easy and cheap.

I agree with trapzilla. My first thought was diabetes. Is there a correlation between tired spells and mealtime? Liver stress is also a possibility. If he was taking mdrol I would say that's it for sure but he is taking a very moderate dose of dbol. Either way discontinue the oral, get a panel done, and keep diabetes in mind. Just my 2 cents anyway.

Lol. Headaches and fatigue automatically made you think of liver failure and diabetes. Jesus Christ. I guess if I get a cough I better get tested for cancer and aids. Don't overreact. However, I do agree that you should have your friend bump up water intake.

I also had this happen week 3 to 4 of a test e dbol cycle and it went away shortly after that

I'm not one to comment or profer advice unless I have seen similar issues myself either first hand or second hand. And the only time I suffered headaches and felt tired on cycle were from dbol and drol both times was liver issues. And having a friend trigger his type 2 diabetes from test usage with similar symptoms.

If i say it may be X or Y and then several others each give a different possible reason then we cover all bases.

I'm pretty certain that the OP's friend would rather take the precaution and find it not to be liver issues than ignore it and end up in deep shit. just saying is all.

As far as i'm aware as well coughing is not a commons symptom of cancer, aids on the other hand....
