My name is Billy, I work out 4-5 times a week, I am not trying to get huge or anything, just stay lean and ripped up! My goal at the moment is just trying to get my arms a little bigger while maintaining my chest, abs, and back! Im happy with where my body is , in fact I love my body but just want to get my arms a little bigger! So I am open for help and comments, great forum and happy to be here!
