I am new to this forum,but from some reading it looks like I'll get some useful info here.I am 32 years old.Been training around 4 years,weigh 215 lbs.I have always trained for powerlifting,but recently I have decided to go lighter and do some sculpting.I have done lots of research and feel I have my diet,cardio, and weight training dialed in.One question-On my off days of working out,do I still supplement and eat every two to three hours and still consume normal protein and calorie amounts,or do I tone the calorie consumption down on off days.I'm looking to shed 25-30 lbs.
