Hi everyone. My name is Ben Whitney, I am an amateur bodybuilder aspiring to go pro in the IFBB someday (aint we all lol). I am 28 years old and happily married to my wonderful wife Becky. I have done one show, my next one will be in October. I am always happy to give advice and help to anyone who wants it, and always willing to hear advice from others as well. =)
