Hello everyone, I just thought I would introduce myself to the bb forum.
I have developed a great interest in bodybuilding over the past several months and I figured this would be a great place to learn more and benefit from the knowledge that others have.
I used to be a runner (800m, 1500m, and 5000m events) in hs and college, but then I decided to change diciplines. After focusing on just general fitness and then moving on to calishthenics (i.e. the extreme workouts done by groups like the Bartendaz, Bar-barians, etc), I thought I would put more emphasis on lifting weights.
I look forward to contributing to the forums and if there is anyone who lives in the SoCal area let me know!
