Hey everybody! Just joined this forum today, a lot of good insight from what I've read so far. I'm 25years old, 225lbs and trying to get down to 200. At my heaviest I was at 356lbs, but over the last 2-3 years have cut it down. Started a new workout routine about 3 weeks ago because I was plateauing at 230-235. I hope to learn about your routines, diets and supplements as well as any other feedback. Hope everyone reaches their goals!
