How is everyone
Im chris from Birmingham in the UK im 24 Male 6ft5 and weight 107kg/16.5st, im currently a flabby mess not overweight as such just to much fat and not enough muscle so ive sorted myself a diet out for the short term which is based on 6 meals a day, high protein and a protein supplement with every meal, all going well that should dissolve most of my body fat but still keep my muscle mass and also hopefully speed my metabolism up because by the looks of it, its about as fast as turtle running the hundered meters.
Im starting back at the Gym at the start of the month, ill be attending there 5 days a week, for about 2 hrs a day.
well thats bascially me and my situation at the moment,
If anyone has any info id be very greatfull,
P.s if anyone has any great tips to build the "External Oblique and the Rectus Abdominis" id be very greatfull
