Hi Guys,
I just found this forum on Google while I was searching with
the terms "Gym Addiction"
I find that even though I'm fairly new to it (at least this time around),
I am becoming addicted quickly... not to the point of
multiple visits per day though.
I have managed to kick a very bad smoking habit,
and even worse habit of smoking lots of pot (every day & night)
I got a haircut, and started going to the gym a few months back,
and I can't beleive the attention that I am getting from women now!!
If that isn't motivation enough then I don't know what is.
My mind is also clearer, and I'm feeling better about myself every day.
I hope you guys will help me out if I need advice.
It was a real fight just to get where I am now.
