i have been dieting and exercising for about 45 days to lose fat & gain muscle.
i started out at 5'-10" weighing 202# and am down to 182# now-my goal is to be around 155#. i do cardio about 5-6days & work to a goal of 700cal burned. i recently began weight training ontop of this- 3days per week with a split something like chest day1, back day2, shoulders day3. i plan on adding routines for legs and core when i lose more weight, improve my shape, as i get pretty sore as is. this forum seems like a great resource and i am happy to be here!
i would like to learn more about nutrition and suppliments, i have learned these to be critical to a healthy sustained lifestyle.
