I've been registered for a while but wanted to look around the site to familiarize myself with the info here before I started posting. I'm actually a mod at another site so I post there quite frequently, but I check into this site when I can. There have certainly been some very informative articles/posts here that I have found useful. I hope to be able to share my knowledge as well as learn many things from the members of this site.
Some personal info:
I'm 6', 195 lbs, 36 years old, and about 9.6% bf. One other thing--I'm on hormone replacement therapy for low hormone levels (been so for the last 6.5 years and will be for the rest of my life) so I have experience with AAS--though not because I wanted to.
Goals:
I'm working to build to a lean 210-215 lbs. I've been just over the 200 mark a couple of times but have not been able to maintain it seemly no matter what I do. Hopefully with the info I learn, I'll be able to break my plateau.
