Hello!
My name is MrsFiteGrl2U (no not my real name, but I'll get to that later). I am an amatuer fighter specializing in King Too Ki (kickboxing) and American Kenpo, as well as traditional boxing. I am coming back from a few pitfalls, but I hope to come back better than ever.
Long story short, I had a baby. I tried to train too hard too fast to get to fighting again and I hurt myself pretty bad. After 18 months of physical and sports specific therapy (and a weight gain of 30 pounds... ugh!) I am back at it again.
I am *attempting* to do this slowly, for now, until I decide that I am ready to fight again full force without hurting myself. I am currently strength training 4 days a week, doing heavy cardio the other 3, and am in the ring training (gently) 4 days a week. I am currently on a few supplements including Creatine, vitamin C & E, a standard multi, and a lot of protien... I also feed off of the support of my wonderful family, especially my husband who has seen me go from bad to worse and back again. He has been my trainer for the last 3 years, and he serves me well.
If anyone has any suggestions for me, please tell me! I can use any help you can give!
