Hello all, found site search bodybuilding for my husband. Thought this would be a great place to try and get him some good advice. Also thought that this looked like a great place to find some good advice for myself on weight loss and toning up. Hubby is in good shape has been working out 4 days a week now for about 2 months. I have just started a slow regime of light weights, I am not in as good of shape as dear hubby, but trying to work towards it. Well look forward to reading about all of your experiences...
