Hey guys and girls, just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself. My name is Eduardo and I'm from Florida. I'm 18, and want to get built and strong. I weight 140 and I have a fast metabolism(I think) it's hard for me to gain weight but i'm well defined. What do u guys think I should be eating to gaing weight fast, Muscle Milk is in my list but dunno yet. Any opinion from yall will definetly help.
