Hi All,
I am a new member here, I am a board rep for Designer Supplements, so I am here to answer any questions you might have concerning DS products or anything else. Here is some info about me:
My name is Chris I am 6' 202lbs. I am athletic and play ice hockey which is my passion. I played some hockey on the collegiate level on a pretty bad program and have always tried to stay in game shape but outside of cardio never really hit the wieghts too hard. After graduation office life threw some weight on me, I went from 185 to 205 and wasn't happy with my appearance. I began researching the proper way to eat and train and dropped that weight within a few months. This is where my obsession began, I started bulking and got up to around 213 (not all clean), unfortunately I have to have surgery soon to repair some damge in both sides of my hips which has hurt my progress, and kept me out of the gym as of late, but i will rehab and be better than ever and pain free.
I look forward to being part of this community.
Thanks,
Chris
