I joined yesterday and I know I posted here, but I don't see it anywhere. Anyway I am a 41 year old female bodybuilder who is trying to cut weight to get into competition shape. I have had some hurdles to overcome these past few years including two shoulder surgeries and it has been a long road back. I am excited to finally being making progress and strength gains, but I am really struggling about the weight issue. I eat a clean strict bodybuilding diet. I am looking for advice and suggestions and support, and I want to offer the same. I just take things one day at a time and with each new obstacle in my path I realize I have grown stronger as a person. I still have those "I feel sorry for myself days" but I know better.
