Just wanted to say hi. I have been around on the boards since the old underground, anabolex, and meso from back in the mid 90's. This Ironman board is awesome! I chatted with Prince, the board monitor, and it seems the monitors and staff here are great. Over this past week I have read through a ton of posts and there are definitely some impressive minds on here with a ton of experience. You definitely have the best of the best posting here and sharing advice.
Well I reside in Colorado, am definitely a Phil Heath fan, and am looking forward to this years O. Although my lifestyle does not allow me to compete or get the amount of calories per day that I need I love owning my own business and have been training beginning and top competitors for over a decade now (not a solicitation, most of my clients are from the NPC and until recently I just went through word of mouth). I am easy going and never flame or respond to negative posts.. although feedback and constructive critisism is good.
I hope to post some videos of some offseason training this winter... by all means we don't compare to the Branch's and Ronnie's, but we get down to business and have fun runnin to the toilet at times. I will offer the most advice I can as time permits and of course I am always here to learn so I am sure I'll be asking questions from time to time as well.
