Start by getting your diet in order. Save the "good cookin'" for a cheat meal on the weekend. Make it a big deal and enjoy it to the fullest. But the rest of the week, get things structured. Make the "good cookin'" good quality lean meat & clean carbs, fats & veggies. One thing I learned in getting into BB competition is how to appreciate the simple taste of meat on the grill w/ minimal seasoning, good grilled vegetables and just really let the flavor of the food shine thru. And that's my every day stuff.

The next thing is make time for the gym on a regular basis.

THEN worry about the cycle.

Naw - totally understand! I started getting chunky when I started dating someone who was probably my soulmate. We started this bad habit of going to this local ice cream parlor for dinner - it was like we found this place & each other and were like little kids, literally in a candy store, very simply because we could! And of course this turned into getting different types of ice cream, because we could! Then we started getting fat. Yea. Then I started getting resentful because it was killing my regular habit of hitting the gym to make time for him.

Good cooking is a gift - but there are ways to make it work for you and get an appreciation for good food that still works for you!

Diet before gear my man. its hard but if you want the body you will do it.

Have her start to cook some healthier meals.

there you go, see if she can cook healthy and still make it taste good, if she can i will marry her.lol
