First off here are is my basic info:
1) Age 32
2) Weight, Percent BodyFat, height: 255 and aprox 23% and 6'4"
3) Years of Consistant Training experience: 10, but have been away from it for 12
4) Previous Cycle experience: test win and decca
5) Training routine and Diet: lift 3 days a week with 15-30 minute cardio warm up and I am doing the paleo diet
6) Cycle Goals: bigger leaner stronger...
Well back in March I had cervical spinal fusion done on the c4,5,6 and 7 vertebres in my neck and after 90 days I was cleared to return to activity, although i was told i probably wouldn't be fully healed until November/December. So I decided it was time to start working out again. I have been going to the gym 2-3 a week, doing a combination of anywhere from 15-30 minutes of cardio and lifting. Due to my surgery I lost a lot of upper body strength and I still feel soreness when doing sertain lifts with my upper body, so i have to start light and increase weight every time and just kind of be carful as I go.
I picked up some test this week and decided to start simple as its been a long time, I also have some synthroid available to me as well, but not sure when to take this to benifit me in regards to a cycle. Also I take/have adderall as well
So please help me do this right. My biggest goal is to get a bigger and leaner, I want to look athletic again, not looking to be a monster... yet anyway
I have a lot of questions and things I want to be sure of so that I know I am maxamizing the effects of my gear and doing things the most proper way that i can!
So some of my questions:
I am doing 1 cc of Test 300 on mondays, is that enough? Should I stay at that level the whole cycle?
How long should I be on and how long off of gear?
How frquently can/should I lift a particular area?
What # of sets and reps are best for my goals?
What other over the counter supplements should I add (obviously protein, what about creatine, vitamins, amino acids, fish oil, whatever)
How many calories should I be consuming per day?
Any other gear that would be recommended to help speed recover and stack in the future?
Any other suggestions/advise would be greatly appreciated!!!
