Hey guys, Ive been looking into AS for a while...still cant decide what I want to do. I'm playing basketball right now for the college I go to...were in the middle of the season...I'm 6'3, 180...I want to get ripped and put on weight...I dont want to experiment or take risky AS but something on the more "safe" side. Could someone please advise me? thanks!!
