Having a hell of a time coming up with a 10-12 week cycle. It is time to make a decison. Looking for all of u with more experience then myself to help out. Mostly looking to recomp or lean bulk. Definitely don't want to blow up with water retention and am somewhat prone to gyno. Stats are 6'1 235lbs 18-20% bf ( I know ) 30 yrs old. Havent ran anything since end of January. Have been as high as 260lbs and as low as the lower teens bodyfat wise at around 225lbs. Coming back from an on and off again 2 months d/t hectic school and work full-time. I have done several (5+) ph cycles and 1 aas cycle (test-e/epistane). So I need help with the best 10-12 week recomp/ very lean bulk and the pct. Thanks ahead of time--foggia
