hey im buying life insurance and i have to take a phs exam,,
but i want to know if what im taking will show up as a negative?mite be a dumb questions but just checking!

whey
creatine
gluatmine
multis

creatine could cause high levels of creatinine in your blood, if you're really concerned do not take any supps for about 3 days and make sure you fast before the blood test.

but honestly none of those supps are gonna be an issue.

thanks, Prince! u the man :thumb:

heh...if anything your insurance company should be like... this person is trying to be healthy...lets make their rates cheaper....heh

I just got blood work done one week into a creatine cycle (after loading), and the only thing off was that my BUN (@ 26 mg/dl) was a tad high, as was my sodium (147 MEQ/L). They interpret this as slight dehydration. I wasn't dehydrated, it was the creatine. If anything, your insurance company should give you a discount for taking care of yourself. My creatinine was in the middle of the normal range @ 1.1 (0.8-1.4 being ideal). No worries.
