Have you opened a ticket with Naps? If not, then you should. Naps will contact you immediately. They are good about that.

in my 1st post i mentioned i have submitted 4 tickets in the last couple of weeks and no response is this the same ticket your talking about or something else

All tickets get responded to, if you have hotmail, aol or some other email addys that they have in red letters on the front page of the support site you wont get a response. You can log back in and few your tickets or change your email and you will get them. Always check your spam folder too.
