Help on cycle before starting: test e/sust 250

Stats: 24 years old;
training seriously since 2006;
About 9-10% body fat/good genetics
200 lbs


This will be my second cycle. I'm wanting to run just Test-E for 12 weeks @250mg ew paired with Sustanon 250 for 12 weeks @250mg ew. So the cycle will look as follows:


1-12 testosterone enanthate 250mg
1-12 sustanon 250mg


14-17 nolvadex (40/40/20/20)


Anyone thoughts for best results? i.e maybe doing the sust for the first 4 weeks and then the the test e for 8 week following etc, 500mg/per week a good amount?

i would run either 1 or the other in my opinion. The sust has 2 fast acting esters included that need to be injected eod in order to keep your blood plasma levels stable. test e has a half life of about 7 to 10 days and only needs to be injected twice a week. Whats your reasoning for using both types of test?

Pick one is my op. if they are the same price get test e and pin 1-2X a week, it is more stable and you get more out of it imo because the last ester in the sust is VERY slow and i feel better suited for hrt.
if its cheaper then get sust. I LOVE omnadren because I can get it cheap. but $ aside i will pick teste or cyp over it.

also make sure you have an AI and I WOULD rec a pct combo of clomid and nolva if you can (not a must) and if you do i rec:
50mg clomid ed and 20mg nolva ed for about 4 weeks.

sust doesnt needto be pinned eod if that was case just get prop.
as the short esters drop off the longer ones are there working. i do rec 2X a week for sust. but even 1X a week is ok. but i highly rec 2X a week if its a cycle and not hrt. same for teste.
I have run sust all ways. 2X a week for me imo
