Last year I made changes to my lifestyle including my eating habits and activities. I was overweight for most of my life, starting from the age of 7, now 19 soon to be 20 I have lost 100 lbs (265lbs--165). I did this by cutting my food intake to the minimum and mostly cardio. Recently I have been using my own weight to workout (pushups, pullups, etc.), and I have put on size. I want to take it a step further with additional weights. Let me cut down to my main concern. I need a supplement stack that is safe that will aid me in accomplishing my goal.

Height: 5'9
Weight: 265
BF %: 20
(Will post pictures soon)

I feel I must cut more fat from my body. As far as my eating and exercise routine, I plan to follow p90x. I don't want so much of a bulk build but more of a lean toned look. Here is what I have come up with. Let me know what you guys think. Please suggest any alternatives and/or additional supplements to make the right stack for me. Thanks!

Morning:
USP Labs OxyElite Pro
Green Tea Extract (NOW)
Fish Oil (Optimum)
CLA 1250 (MRM)

MultiVitamins:
Optimum OptiMen

Pre-Workout
USP Labs Jack3d

Post-Workout:
Optimum ProComplex

You're doing well and keep up the good work. In my opinion, since you are just starting to incorporate a solid lifting plan for yourself, you really don't need supplements to aid you in your goals YET. Concentrate on a good diet, workout program and rest and master those three factors first and you will get phenomenal results. Once you've done a good year of lifting I would then consider weigh protein, creatine and fish oil. You can start on fish oil now as it has other countless benefits not just attributed to building a good body but hold of on other things until about a year down the road. Perhaps weigh protein could do you some good if you have a hard time taking enough protein in from other food sources. Others might disagree with me but I really didn't benefit from any other supplements aside from creatine, weigh protein and fish oil and I've tried many others. Good luck pal!

Thank you very much for your kind words. I'll definitely take your advice into consideration, other opinion's are still welcomed.

Captain gave you some solid advice. Supplements really arent going to help you all that much in hitting your goals. To do what you are wanting you need to focus mainly on diet. 75% is diet, 20% training, 5% supplements.

That said a good multivitamin, whey protein, fish oil and possibly creatine are all tried and true.

I agree with you. I know this because when in sports I was not loosing any weight just maintaining where I was. This changed when my diet changed. I'm mainly focused on supplements to give me a boost in the gym, such as jack3d that will make me pumped up to workout. Thanks for your advice.

I think the OP should add some Ephedrine/Caffeine to his stack....

Can you explain your reasoning? I want to be sure I don't mix wrong supplements. Thanks.

I am actually at 165, typo :/. Would of edited but it no longer allows me to. Now that I have confirmed my correct weight what do you suggest?

LMAO. A new Avatar or a bra would be great.

ECA is Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin taken during a cut to enhance thermogenesis and help you to lose weight. As an added bonus they curb appetite.

They are usually taken in 3 equal dosages of 25mg Epedrine, 200mg Caffeine and a baby aspirin and cycled, normally (but not always) for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

At 20% BF though, you dont need them yet. Wait till you get sub 15% and stall out, then use them to kickstart more weight loss.

A bra (if thats you in the avy)

Haha! It isn't me but very identical to how my upper body looked like when I was overweight.

Right on! I guess I can make it to 15% without any extra needed help. All this information is still very useful for when I do take em.

Diet and training alone can get you to 7-8% without cardio, IF you know what you're doing.
