HEy im making a Workout CD with the best METAL songs, so all those ppl who know good metal songs can you please recommend, thank you

A single CD? I could make about 20 for different days, which is why I prefer an MP3 player, CDs are too limiting for an all-time kind of effort.

Just pick stuff from different bands you like and you should MORE than have enough to fill that thing up.

Iron Maiden - Killers (pick a song, IMHO the best Maiden album ever)
Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Children of the Grave,
Metallica - Four Horsemen, Seek and Destroy
Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction

Classic Sepultura is much better IMO, Schizophrenia, Beneath the Remains, Arise. Morbid Visions and Bestial Devestation was "ok."

IMO, "chaos ad" is the best sepultura record. It's pure hardcore.

Belfort11, I'm not much of compilation guy. So, I can't recommend songs. You should definetly check out mastodon. The new dillinger escape plan is fucking awesome! Also, ...lamb of god. My friend calls them the second coming of pantera.
