Hi,
I'm Henshaw05 and i just became a new member. I'm 17 and i come from Scotland. I've decided to take bodybuilding more seriously and i am looking foward to starting a new weight programme that will help me build mass and gain weight. I am currently 5 foot 10 and 140lbs. Although i have lifted since i've been 15 i have NEVER ate properly and i have never had a consistant spell in weight training. In fact, i don't think that i have ever trained constantly for 3 weeks! I would be happy to recieve any advice and i will keep all of you up-dated as i plan to use the training techniques advice by Robert Dimaggio.
