Hello, I wanted to introduce my self and say hola! I'm 41 years old and have been training for the better part of 30 years. I've decided to finally compete next year (@42) for the first time so I will need all the support I can get when I get especially when I begin a precontest diet. For the better part of 20 years I've been personal training and look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience as well as absorbing all I can.
