Hey everyone, My name is Tom, I am 17 and from the UK, I am 5ft 11, and weight 164lb. I intend to gain around 40 pounds.
I have wanted to start training and gaining weight for ages now, and finally got around to joining a gym 2 days ago. I went today for my first time and I enjoyed it. I have done my research on prorgrams, and printed off a few pages from here to help. But, what I do need help with is food products and it's contens. Eg. Fibre, and Protine.
Could people guide me in what to eat and why? And what not to eat??
