You don't loose any sensitivity well I didn't. It's not like there taking the head of your dick off and putting it back on that would probably lead to a loss of sensitivity. All they do is cut a tiny 1/4" or less hole in each sack then cut the tube from your balls. It's not that bad. Definitely worth it I'd do it again in a heart beat. I have 2 kids and I got it 6mos after #2 was born.
