Hello everyone, my name is Sawyer. I am a college student and I have recently (about 4 1/2 months ago) picked weight training back up. I lifted weights a lot in high school and got pretty strong but dropped it for a couple years after. I am planning on playing semi-pro football this year so I picked it back up.
In the last 4 and a half months I have gained 25 lbs (170 to 195) and increased my squat, bench and all other workouts significantly. My roommate and I have become obsessed with working out and finding ways to get stronger so I figured I would sign up here so I can discuss this hobby with other people who share the passion and who are knowledgeable. Look forward to it!
