Dang I went ahead and posted my nutritonal question before introducing myself. So here goes... Living in Southern California. Smaller guy 5ft 5 inch 145lbs and I have a definite goal. I'm not working toward bulk and mass I'm working towards one tight lean body. I'm in my 30's but everyone thinks I'm in my early 20's. I chalk that up to the height. Well at least I hope it's that. I'd hate to find out it's my child like personality LOL
I've also been told I have a nice natural shape and many are surprised that up until recently I rarely even worked out. I tried it in the past but was never able to achieve that lean, tight look I've wanted. I always just end up losing weight and looking guant in the face. Yeah it's cool to have a 28 inch waist but would look awesome with proper definition and a tight look. I know it has to do with improper nutrition. So I'm here Looking for the best workout and nutritional/ wt training suggestions I can get from this site to achieve that tight lean swimmer/gymnast build in a healthy manner. When you have the time check out my post about Nutritional advice. All advice is welcome. One problem I have when wt training is that my legs get too big. I simply want a lean tight look not bulk. Chest I can get pretty good. Bi's are sorta funny on me. I have a heck of a time getting those veins to show for some reason but my chest I guess is what some call good genetics. Easiest area for me to sculped into that tight lean look. I have slight very slight love handles but that can be maintained with excellent cardio.
