Hey, guys....I've been involved in fitness for a long time up here in Newfoundland, in the Great White North--Canada.......eh??
Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting some good tips from some of you big, lumpy dudes, as well as giving advice where I can.
I'm not a huge, strong guy, but like all guys, I'd like to be. Here's a couple stats. 5'10", 170lbs, squat 250, bench 210, deadlift 350. There's definitely some room for improvement, and here's where it starts!
