Hey, I stumbled across this website while I was surfing the net for diet plans and new work outs. I'm 22 and I've been working out since I was 17 off and on but have never been able to get the results I've aimed for. I would still consider myself a newbie in dietary and nutrition since I've never really followed strict diets and my passion for food doesn't help either. So don't mind if I ask a bunch of questions as this is all new to me.
