hey whats up guys.. my names john and im an 18 year old college student that has been lifting for about 3 years, but just recently got really into it. i have alot of questions about lifting. i just want to see if im doing everything right or if there are tips and points that some of you veterans can give me to help me with my lifting...
i guess my first question is.. what is the best way to lift, set wise.. what kind of sets are the best 12-10-8, 10-8-6, 10-10-10, 6-6-4, if heard so many different ways to do your sets that it makes me second think myself if im doing my sets the right way.. should i alternate them or what??
