I was just wondering what you guys do with your data that you collect? Do you have a research/stats department? I was wondering because this stuff interests me as I am a clinical researcher at the University of Pennsylvania and would like to get more involved with the supplement industry.
Also, how exactly does your testing operate? Do you guys send out case report forms to the folk you give your supps to or do you just go by anecdotal reports. Don't get me wrong, in some cases anecdotal reports are more valuable than empirical evidence, especially in the case of side effects.
I just figured with all of the hoopla over PHs and PSs that if there were a little more regulation as to how things were tested, supplement companies would have more ground to stand on.
