Hey there all, hows it going. Just happened to chance apon this very forum and found it had alot of info about budy building, at the same time i happen to be starting gym too! I'm from Australia(although of ethnic background) and just turned 19 years old, i weight about 65kg(143pounds??). Right now my body is slim with a little bit of muscle showing, although i have put on some weight due to holidays from school, donuts, late night eating and drinking...I have now quit eating junk/unhealthy foods, i limit drinking to 1 drink once every blue moon and stop eating after 10 o clock pm. I have signed up with a very well respected gym in Melbourne and have an appointment with an assessor this tuesday, after this i will try to go gym 6 times a week, rest heaps, eat lots of protein, drink lots of water etc. Cant wait to get into it!
