I've been researching HGH a lot the past couple of weeks and done many searches on this site and other sites and getting information overload. I think I'm more confused than when I started. I'm about to order HGH from UncleZ. I will order 500 iu. Not sure how long this will last me, but I will continue to order and use HGH for at least 1 year. Probably more if I start seeing benefits from use.

I'm 38 years old, 5'9, 155lbs. about 12% bodyfat. I've been pretty active and lifting weights on and off since I was teen. I have a decent amount of muscle, probably near my genetic potential. I'm pretty active as I've been mountain biking about 2-3 times a week (35 minutes of intense uphill and 20 minutes of downhill freeride) and lifting moderate weights about 2-3 times a week the past 6 months. I don't plan on giving up mountain biking as I enjoy it too much.

My diet has been ok (some junk here and there and occasional binge drinking), but I've started eating cleaner foods recently and cutting back on the beers. I want to slowly gain a little more muscle (5-10lbs) and maybe drop to about 9% bodyfat. I'm not trying to get huge, just want to be a bit more toned. For years I've had joint/ligament issues from time to time in my right shoulder, right knee and right elbow, which is also a reason for the HGH to help alleviate those issues. I've tired physical therapy but did not notice much difference and I continue to have those issues.

How much HGH do you recommend I take? Will 1 shot in the morning be ok? Any suggestions/recommendations? Thanks in advance.

In this one shot that you speak of how many Ius is it? It all depends on what your goals are. What are you trying to do? How soon do you want to reach those goals? What other supplements are you taking?

@ 155lbs you have reached your genetic potential? seriously? i'd be willing to bet you are off the mark just a little with that comment.

Get some testosterone.

You're not going to be impressed with growth.

IMO, it is the worst bang for your buck.

Not sure how many IUs that 1 shot should be, that's why I asked for advice. I was thinking about 2 - 3 IUs a day. My main goal is to repair the ligaments in my elbow and knees that I keep re-injuring. I would also like to lose some body fat in the process. Gaining muscle will be great but it's not a priority. I would like to be injury free so I can train without having to take injury breaks every couple of months. As far as how soon, the sooner the better but I'm not competing so timing is not the biggest thing for me. I take xtend bcaas before and during training. Whey protein in the morning and post-workout. Daily multi-vitamins, Omega3 Fish oil.

You're probably right, but with injuries sidelining me every couple of months, I'm limited to what I can do.

Interesting. Can you recommend a source? Sorry, I'm new to all this except for some pills I took in high school over 20 years ago.
